How it works

A Parent Meter is installed between the incoming supply and the Main Switch Board (MSB) to record all incoming supply to the building. The site owner then purchases electricity at the parent meter, as a large market user.

Sub-meters measure tenants’ and common area consumption using the latest in smart interval metering technology.

We use a high-quality, certified sub-meter that is used by local network service providers (LNSP) all around Australia, and meets the stringent metrology code imposed on all providers operating in the national electricity market (NEM).
